The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhepura P. S. Case No. 180 of 2006 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the recovery of a stolen diesel pump set from the cow-shed of the petitioner's house, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
