This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kotwali (Tikamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 361 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 13.12.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.65296 of 2018, by which similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. For the reasons recorded in the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20730 of 2021(2) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 13.12.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.65296 of 2018, this bail application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Tikamanjhi) P.S.
