JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner has made conspiracy along with other accused to alienate the deceased and in pursuance of the aforesaid conspiracy, the deceased was killed. The witnesses supported the above stated fact and one coaccused namely, Ravindra Kumar was arrested and confessed his guilt, except the aforesaid material there appears to be nothing against the petitioner and it appears that only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused Raindra Kumar has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51037 of 2013.

No.272 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S.Case No. 37 of 2013, G.
