14-12-2015 Heard Sri Surendra Kishore Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 18-09-2015 in Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 351 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of bail. In the case, recovery of country-made liquor, wine and beer has been shown from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and he has remained in custody for a considerable time.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, period of custody and clean antecedent, let the petitioner namely Ram

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52934 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 Sundar Choudhary be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/concerned court in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 351 of 2015.
