Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking modification of an order dated 21.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22259 of 2020, whereby she was granted anticipatory bail subject to the condition that she appeared before the Court below within six weeks.

It has been stated in the application that because of certain unavoidable circumstances, she could not appear before the Court below for furnishing bail bonds etc. Considering the averments made in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15622 of 2021(2) dt.07-07-2021 2/2 application, the same is allowed.

The time granted to the petitioner for appearing before the Court below is, hereby, extended by six weeks more from today.
