The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 82 of 2015 registered under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegations that the petitioner administered poison to his wife as a result of which, she died, which fact finds corroboration of the post mortem report, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
