The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 448, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioners caused electric injury to Ravindra Pandit.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that though two injuries have been caused but the nature of injuries have been found to be simple. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1280 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No.151/2015, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
