Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and in course of alleged occurrence, petitioner is said to have given Sabal blow on the head of injured, Chanchala Devi who has sustained simple injury on her head, said to be caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
