The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 170, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that one Kunal Singh had introduced the informant to one M.P. on insurance of providing job. The informant has paid Rs. 2 lac on different occasion but neither the job has been provided nor the money was returned. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similar situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 06.11.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.68296 of 2019, order dated 27.11.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.69821 of 2019, order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9242 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 14.01.2020 in Cr. Misc. No.87075 of 2019 and order dated 25.02.2020 in Cr. Misc. No.8394 of 2020. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Munger, in connection with Kotwali, P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019, Corresponding to G.R. No. 2137/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
