The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 385, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the materials available against these petitioners during investigation, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to these petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioners stand rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
