Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OP No. 2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 341, 342, 498(A), 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3.

The petitioner and the OP No. 2, in compliance of the order dated 1-8-2024, are present in the court. 4.

The OP No. 2, who is present in the court, submits that she will take leave without pay for some time to stay with the petitioner. The petitioner, who is present in the court,

No.11733 of 2024(5) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 submits that he works with the Railways and will always keep the OP No. 2 and the child with honor and dignity, on which the OP No. 2 submits that she has no objection in the event if the anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner. 5.

In view of the submission made by OP No. 2, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 366 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) SUMIT/- U T
