The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 12.06.2020 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50038 of 2019. By the aforesaid order, the petitioner was directed to be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of the order.

No.14461 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 However for the reasons which have been explained in the petition, the petitioner could not surrender within the period mentioned in the order dated 12.06.2020. The order dated 12.06.2020 is modified to the extent that in case the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, he shall be accorded the privilege under the order dated 12.06.2020 with the same terms and conditions.
The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.
The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
