The present writ application has been filed for the purpose of proper investigation in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 181 of 2022 lodged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 470, 471 and 34 of the I.P.C.

Counsel for State submits that this case may be disposed off in the light of order passed in Surendra Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022.

The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases decide on 09.09.2022 within four weeks' from today and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna shall consider the representation and take appropriate action.
