The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 164/20 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/354/307/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the delay in lodging of F.I.R. and considering the dispute between the parties, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
