JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dandari P. S. Case No. 63 of 2015 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to direct and specific allegation against the petitioners that they brutally assaulted the two sons of the informant with iron rod and lathi causing several injuries to them, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
