The present petition is for cancelling the result of election and entire election process which was conducted for electing president of Sirnia East Packs (Primarh Agriculture Credit Co-operative Samiti Ltd. Sirnia East), Block-Katihar, District-Katihar on 11.12. 2019 and the result was declared on 12.12.2019.

It has been rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondents that he has remedy under section 48 of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935.
