Singh, learned ASG appearing for NHAI submitted that work has commenced for the construction of 2.81 kms. of road on Nathupur-Saristabad highway and it would be completing in the month of January, 2026.

2. In the event of non-compliance as on 1st March, 2026, petitioners are at liberty to file Interlocutory Application to revive these cases.

3. With the above observation, both the writ petitions stand disposed of.
