JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to be cousin brother of the husband of the deceased and it is obvious from perusal of the first information report that deceased had solemnized her love marriage with coaccused Mithun Ram in temple. Moreover, the impugned order reveals that no external injury was found on the corpus of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Assaon P.S.Case No. 28 of 2014.
