(3) PLJR (Akhilanand Singh & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), hence the present writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the University to absorb the services of the petitioner in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Akhilanand Singh & ors.(supra) as well as for payment of the consequential benefits in terms thereof. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12676 of 2018(2) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 Respondent No.5 by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter, the Respondent No.5 shall dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter, considering the aforesaid judgment passed in the case of Akhilanand Singh & Ors.(supra).
