The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S.Case No.356 of 2013 registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC.
The son of the deceased named the petitioner along with three others and alleged that his father disclosed that all the accused persons assaulted him with lathi causing three injuries.. The informant took his father to a Primary Health Centre from where the victim was brought to S.K.M.C.H. The injuries were opined by the doctor to be simple in nature. The doctor conducting Post Mortem Report found the deceased died due to Septicemia on account of operation held.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S.Case No. 356 of 2013.
