For giving a direction to the concerned authority to cancel the appointment of respondent no. 6 on the post of Aganwari Sevika as because the appointment has been made on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate produced by the respondent no.6 under the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4859 of 2023(2) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 Kathamatha Gram Panchayat Kochadhaman,Kishanganj in place of this petitioner in violation of selection guideline of Aganwari 2016.

II. For giving the direction to concerned authority to appoint the petitioner immediately on the post of Aaganwari Sevika under the Kathamatha Gram Panchayat, Kochadhaman, Kishanganj."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
