1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 76399 of 2024, which got dismissed due to non-compliance of the peremptory order, dated 14.11.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is delay of one day in compliance of the peremptory order inasmuch requisites for issuance of notice was filed after one day.

4. In view of the aforesaid and for the reasons stated in this application, the same is allowed and the connected case, bearing Cr. Misc. No. 76399 of 2024, is restored to its original file and the time granted by this Court for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11027 of 2025(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 furnishing requisites is extended by the date of filing of requisites by learned counsel for the petitioner.
