1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.10.2019, passed in CWJC No.20971 of 2019, the Collectorcum-District Magistrate, East Champaran at Mothihari has passed a reasoned order dated 12.09.2022, rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license.
