2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for the offence under Sections 406, 384, 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners borrowed Rs. 50,000/- from son of informant for the purpose of medical treatment and after some time, when son of informant demanded his money, these petitioners started pressurizing him to marry with one Kajal Kumari, who is already married, and when son of informant protested, he was abducted by accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The victim, in his statement recorded under Section 183

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11019 of 2025(4) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 B.N.S.S., has denied the factum of abduction and has stated that he had gone to Bombay with Kajal Kumari and solemnized marriage there. The Court below has assessed the age of victim (informant's son), as 26 years. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. and clean antecedent of petitioners, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 11 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/482(2) of B.N.S.S. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
