The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 204 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused namely Om Prakash Kushwaha has been granted bail.

Considering the fact petitioner is a lady and she has

No.13617 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 204 of 2017.
