The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner vide order dated 03.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 37091 of 2021 to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner have been framed on 07.02.2022 as would be evident from the Annexure-3 to the bail application. Since the charges have been framed against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Danapur,
