Taking into consideration that petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he along with others assaulted the deceased and petitioner could be remanded in this case on 14-07-2015, particularly in the circumstance, when the case was lodged in the year, 1998, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 80 of 1998 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda stands rejected.
