No. 32068 of 2015 to the extent the number of the Sessions Trial has been mentioned as 'Sessions Trial No. 27 of 2014' which requires a modification to read as 'Sessions Trial No.27 of 2015' at paragraph 2 of page 1 and page 2 of the order dated 14.10.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence and typographical error the number of the Sessions Trial has been incorrectly mentioned in the regular bail application bearing Cr.Misc.No.32068 of 2015 which requires to be modified and hence the present application.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the prayer is allowed. Let the number of the Sessions Trial mentioned at paragraph 2 at page 1 and last paragraph of page 2 of the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.32068 of 2015 be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53035 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 modified to read as 'Sessions Trial No.27 of 2015' in place of 'Sessions Trial No.27 of 2014' and which shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such. The order stands modified to the aforementioned extent.

This application is allowed.

Let the order be communicated to the Court concerned forthwith.
