Mangalam, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Parmeshwar, learned APP for the State. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Makhdumpur PS Case No. 394 of 2018 dated 23.10.2018, instituted under Sections 409, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners directly withdrew Rs.54,60,000/- causing defalcation. Thus, the petitioners have defalcated government funds and are guilty of criminal misappropriation of government money.

In view of the seriousness of the allegations, I do not
