The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, an F.I.R. was registered by the father of the petitioner for his kidnapping. It is stated that after recovery of the petitioner, on enquiry it transpired that the petitioner was himself involved in cheating other people. It is stated that on search various documents, Aadhar card etc. were recovered from his place. As such the F.I.R.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations as levelled in the F.I.R. are false and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20537 of 2021(2) dt.21-09-2021 2/2 concocted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2020 and on conclusion of the investigation chargesheet has been submitted. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the period in custody and the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case no.187 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda.
