The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Asarganj PS case no. 31 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out to the order dated 03.01.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 33832 of 2022, wherein liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, immediately upon framing of charge by the learned trial court. In such view of the matter, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the learned trial court for the purposes

No.17133 of 2023(2) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 of renewing his prayer for grant of regular bail, which shall be considered in light of the aforesaid order of this Court dated 03.01.2023 and the learned trial court shall pass appropriate orders on the petition, to be filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail, on the very same day.

The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
