JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 1.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing the motorcycle. It is alleged against the petitioner that on his confession the robbed motorcycle was recovered from the house of Santosh Mahto. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that except confession before police, nothing has come up against the petitioner during investigation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Rosera in connection
