This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Raghunathpur Police Station Case no. 241 of 2017 registered under section 272/273/308 of Indian Penal Code and 30/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 1260 litre of Indian made foreign liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for
