2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for the initiation of the contempt proceeding against the opposite parties concerned due to the non-compliance of order dated 06/05/2025 passed in C.W.J.C No. 16580 of 2017 Smt. Krishna Jha and 3 others petitioner Vs The State of Bihar Opp. party by honorable Mr. justice

Patna High Court MJC No.332 of 2026(2) dt.03-04-2026 2/2 Rajiv Roy by which order the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned authorities/opposite parties who would decide the issue within the period of six months."

3. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party and Mr. Viveka Nand Singh, learned State counsel has taken this Court to paragraphs 7 and 8 to submit that a decision was taken by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna for making payment amongst other to the petitioner and paragraph 8 shows that a sum of Rs. 21,45,864 has been handed over to the petitioner for her acquired land on 16.01.2026.

4. If the petitioner still has any grievance, can very well knock the doors of an appropriate Court under appropriate petition.
