The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused Gulshan Kumar assaulted the driver of informant with sticks and stones.

It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. From bare perusal of FIR, it appears that there is differences between the finance company and the informant due to that reason the present case was lodged as the informant has taken the said vehicle on loan from Chola

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (FCI) P.S. Case No. 302 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
