2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful and deliberate violation and non-compliance of order dated 19.06.2024 passed by this

Patna High Court MJC No.471 of 2025(3) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 Court in C.W.J.C. No. 5868 of 2024 whereby & whereunder direction was given to the opposite party no.-5 to look into the matter and to pass an order within four months from the date, the petitioners file their representation with the documents. It is further stated that this Hon'ble Court had directed the Opposite Party No.-8 i.e. the District Land Acquisition Officer, Vaishali at Hazipur shall decide the matter in the next two month and will make the necessary payment to the genuine land holder in the next four weeks after hearing all the necessary parties.

3. As per the affidavit, the representation of the petitioner has been rejected on 20.03.2025.

4. In that background, granting liberty to him to challenge the said order, if he so wants.
