The recovery of arms is near the empty hutment.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner but since petitioner is accused in seven other cases, hence he has been implicated. It is further submitted that in all the seven cases the petitioner is on bail. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
