The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1. That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of a direction/order or an appropriate writ for directing the respondents to consider and appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground as regular employee in pay scale with consequential benefits of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh Kumar-Versus-The State of Bihar and others, reported in (2017) 5 S.C.C. 387."

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13226 of 2018 (2) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 5328 of 2018 dated 27.03.2018.

The respondent no 5, the District Education Officer, West Champaran at Bettiah is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5328 of 2018 dated 27.03.2018 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
