1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 326(b) 308(5), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 115(2) of the B.N.S.S.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that thrust of the allegation is against Belal Mian, who forcefully took Rs.1,30,000/- from the informant's pocket and thereafter made him get down from the motorcycle and thereafter took him to the street of Dr. Anwar, further Belal Mian earlier had demanded
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8878 of 2025(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/3 extortion of Rs.10 lacs.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, the thrust of the allegation is against Belal Mian and the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. It is also submitted that informant and Belal Mian are having dispute from before and since petitioner is associated with Belal Mian as such he came to be implicated.

Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner but then are not in a position to rebut the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that thrust of the allegation is against Belal Mian.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ara Nagar P.S.
