After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Habeas Corpus petition in order to enable him to challenge the order dated 10.07.2020 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate13, Motihari, East Champaran by which petitioner has been sent to Nari Niketan, in an appropriate proceeding. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
