2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Mahkar P.S. Case No. 88 of 2024 registered under Sections 384, 386 & 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, on the tip off, the informant with other police officials reached at the place of occurrence where two persons tried to flee away but with the help of police force, one person was arrested and the other person who is said to be the petitioner escaped from there. On search of the body of co-accused Rs. 1900/- and a mobile and a receipt book was seized.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is not

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 88 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
