1. Learned counsel for the parties are present.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
"(i) For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to discharge his duty as Lecturer in the Sarvjanik Intermediate College, Sarvoday Nagar, Samukhiya More, Banka (hereinafter referred as the college) as he was discharging his duty till or before 04.09.2015.
(ii) For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority to give the benefit of all legal claim similar to other without any claim similar to other without any discrimination.
(iii) For issuance of such other appropriate writ or
Patna High Court CWJC No.19021 of 2015(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 order or direction, which may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
