Petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No. C2/643/2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 18 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2018.
