2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. The recovery is of 1207 litres of illicit liquor from a vehicle.

4. The petitioner is an accused in a case of Excise Act. Petitioner was not caught with the illicit liquor. His name transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. He has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs.25,000/- in some charitable

6. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Excise Court, Buxar where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.238 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- in Ramakrishna Mission, Varanasi and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Rajpur Police Station, Buxar on every Sunday of each month. Any
