Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.08.2014 and admittedly neither petitioner is named in the F.I.R nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that except confessional statement of the petitioner and his criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia P.S.Case No. 232 of 2014.
