Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that in course of investigation stolen vehicle was recovered from hut of one Raman Singh and the petitioner and some others were caught in the said hut.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but with an intent to maintain parity of justice, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Ghosi P.S.
