JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her in-laws after 12-13 years of the marriage by throttling her neck.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that only suspicion has been raised against the in-laws and the informant is not any eye witness of the occurrence. The impugned order also does not suggest any direct evidence against the petitioners though the daughter of the victim has stated that the

Considering the fact that petitioners are separate from the husband of informant and used to stay outside the State, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rahul Kishore, learned JM, 1st class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
