The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narpatganj ( Bathnaha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019 arsing out of Special Case No. 28 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30 (a) of Bihar (Prohibition) Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 18 liter Nepali liquor was seized from the motorcycle which does not belong to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail
