JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.8.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the victim has supported the accusation in 164 Cr.P.C. statement but subsequently filed an affidavit to the effect that she of her own married with Sanjit Kumar. Petitioner is the sister in law (Bhabhi) of Sanjit Kumar. The victim has also filed compromise petition before the learned court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1217 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Jhanjharpur in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 56 of 2013.
