The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 370 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and in the FIR, it is alleged that son of the petitioner used to misbehave with the daughter of the informant while she used to go to college and thereafter she went missing and when the informant went to the house of the petitioner, it is alleged that petitioner replied that he does not have any knowledge about his son and fled from his house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.9441 of 2022(2) dt.02-09-2022 2/2 petitioner is father of Vicky and he had absolutely no role in the occurrence, it is next submitted that the girl and Vicky were in love and she elope with Vicky and it has become rampant with these days that when a girl and a boy are in love and they elope then the entire family members of the boy stand implicated. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 105 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
